Terms and Conditions

Introduction

When booking a session at Dinosaurs in the Park, these Terms and Conditions define the agreement between us and you. Letting you know what to expect from Dinosaurs in the Park and what we expect from you.

Bookings

  • Bookings are made via our online booking system via the website or on-site at the entrance on a first come first serve basis. We highly recommend booking via our website to avoid disappointment.
  • Upon purchasing tickets with Dinosaurs in the Park, you will receive booking confirmation and receipt of purchase, this confirms acceptance of our terms and conditions and your party are aware of, adhere to and accept the terms and conditions.
  • If you require any amendments to your booking, please make these as soon as possible via the “My Account” section of our website. 
  • Payments can be made by debit or credit card. Some card carriers will incur additional fees, for example American Express.
  • Any variation from these terms and conditions shall not be binding unless confirmed in writing by Dinosaurs in the Park. Where changes to your booking are necessary due to safety or other statutory requirements Dinosaurs in the Park reserves the right to make these changes.

Cancellations

  • Dinosaurs in the Park will not offer refunds for cancellations. Tickets are non-refundable, but the date can be changed for an admin fee. Please log into your ticket account to change dates.

Security

  • Dinosaurs in the Park reserves the right to refuse admittance to the event or to remove a participant from the site should it deem it necessary to do so. This includes a visitor who does not comply with the safety rules and advice or who is deemed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  • All visitors are always required to act responsibly and courteously and to respect others. Dinosaurs in the Park shall be entitled to prevent any person from undertaking or completing the Activities in the event if it deems the behaviour of any visitor unsuitable.
  • Dinosaurs in the Park has trained first aiders at the event and basic first aid will be offered onsite, if an injury exceeds the limitations of our staff external emergency services will be contacted at this point, it will be the staffs' responsibility that we ensure the injured individual is comfortable ensuring privacy and dignity is intact while we wait for professional services.

Children supervision

  • Dinosaurs in the Park does not take any responsibility for the supervision of children or vulnerable adults. Our team will however endeavour to ensure that safeguarding measures are adhered to. Children under 15 will not be permitted into the Park unaccompanied by an adult.
  • Children always remain the responsibility of parents or guardians, Dinosaurs in the Park do not provide supervision at any time.
  • Children or adults with special needs who are unable to understand and follow our safeguarding rules always require direct supervision at the event by a supervising adult for both their and others' safety at all times. 

Libabilities

  • Dinosaurs in the Park provides activities and products without any warranties, express or implied statutory rights are unaffected by these Terms and Conditions. Except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions Dinosaurs in the Park shall not be responsible for the loss, or damage, of or to any property or to any person arising from the booking of or participation at the Event.
  • Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions is intended to nor shall limit the liability of Dinosaurs in the Park in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Dinosaurs in the Park or of its employees, agents, or contractors.
  • Use of the Parking facilities and any vehicles are left at the owners’ risk and subject to any conditions and the payment of any fees as may be required by the provider of such facilities at the site location.

Miscellaneous

  • Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions/offers/vouchers or discounted group bookings.
  • The participant consents and agrees to the use by Dinosaurs in the Park of CCTV monitoring for health and safety, training, and security purposes. Dinosaurs in the Park consents to visitors undertaking photography for their own non-commercial purposes only and for no other purpose whatsoever.
  • Nothing above shall confer on any third party any benefit or the right to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.
  • If any of these terms are determined to be illegal invalid or otherwise unenforceable it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and continue to be binding and enforceable.
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
  • You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  • Any offers or promotions that we run in the park and online are not applicable to bookings already made.
  • Dinosaurs in the Park reserves the right to make alterations to the Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • We do not sell any personal information collected within the parks to any 3rd party groups, all information is for internal use only.

Force majeure

  • Dinosaurs in the Park shall not be liable for any breach of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions where it is hindered or prevented from carrying out its obligations by any cause outside its reasonable control, including, without limitations, acts of God, acts of Government or other competent regulatory authority, lightning, fire, flood, extremely severe weather, strike, lock-out, labour dispute, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, failure of any telecommunications or computer system, compliance with any law or regulation and accident (or by any damage caused by any of such events). Where a booking cannot be fulfilled for this reason by Dinosaurs in the Park – a refund will not be given, but Dinosaurs in the Park shall at its sole discretion offer an alternative time and date to fulfil the booking.
