Yes, you can buy a ticket from the ticket booth. Last entry is 4pm Sunday to Thursday and 5pm Fridays and Saturdays.

We offer a concessionary discount of 20% to disabled visitors. Each concessionary discount ticket will admit 1 disabled visitor plus one carer. Please produce a blue badge, DLA or PIP letter (together with photo ID of the person named within the letter) upon arrival.
Yes, feel free to offer your ticket to friends, or family if you can’t attend.

Yes, tickets are valid for the day you purchased for, although when you book it gives a time slot you can arrive anytime with a standard ticket if needs be. If you have purchased a discounted after 3pm ticket,then entry with this ticket is limited to 3pm and onwards only and can not be used for entry before this time.
The Dinosaur trail, Interactive Dinosaur design studio, Videosaurus, Palaeontologists tent, Excavation Dig, Soft Play, Mini Golf and Dino Kingdom Bounce are included.

Dinosaurs in the Park is an outdoor event, so please come dressed in appropriate clothing.
Food and drinks will be available to be purchased at the event. Food vendors include: burgers, pizza, ice cream, vegetarian options, sweets and slushies and more
Yes, you can, we have picnic benches and deck chairs but in case they are busy don’t forget your picnic blanket.
Only guide and registered assistance dogs are allowed to enter Dinosaurs in the Park
Last entry is at 4pm. We close at 6pm on weekdays and 7pm on weekends and bank holidays.
Your ticket is valid for the whole day, stay as long as you like! The discounted, after 3pm tickets are only valid from 3pm on the day.
No, please don’t touch the dinosaurs on the trail. They might bite! There is a roaming dinosaur you can stroke and have selfies with. Visit the dino dentist to touch a T-Rex!
Scooters and bikes are better left at home, as we cannot store them.
If an item is faulty please return it to the gift shop for a refund within 14 days with proof of purchase. Non faulty items will not be refunded.
Anytime between 10am and the last entry, your ticket is valid all day.
On the last Thursday of each event, we offer a quiet session in the afternoon, after 3pm no music or dinosaur noises will be played. This is so that everyone can enjoy the event if they are noise-sensitive.
Our event is set within Park locations. Please check individual locations' websites for exact accessibility information. Some locations do have an incline. The trails are set within woodland which maybe difficult to access in a wheelchair. Please note, that in case of heavy rain event fields might become quite sodden making it harder to use a wheelchair.
Toilets can be found in several locations across the event. There is an accessible facility on site.
Yes, we have a baby changing area with comfy chairs for feeding and change mats our toilet facilities have change tables with straps. Please check the stated maximum weight for change tables as displayed on each table for older children.
